The tour lasts approximately 60–90 minutes. To join the rainforest adventure, children must be at least 5 years old, and the experience is best suited for children aged 5–10. On this tour, children are welcome to follow our adventurer without their parents if they wish. Parents drop off and pick up their children at the designated start and end times.

The meeting point is at the magasinet, 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. All guests, regardless of age, must purchase an activity ticket to participate. We reserve the right to make changes to our tours and activities due to the needs of our animals or other unforeseen circumstances. Please note that rebooking of the guided tour is not possible.
