Certificate for assistance and alternative queue - preparing for your visit

Do you need an assistant or alternative queue for your visit? We are now introducing a new certificate that makes it easier! Read more here.

    How to do it:

    Download and print the certificate.

Have the certificate signed by someone who knows about your disability and works in healthcare, support services, or education (see below under "Who can sign my certificate?"). The person will indicate whether you need an alternative queue and/or assistance.

Bring the certificate physically or as a photo on your phone and present it at Biljettcenter outside the park or at Gästservice inside the main entrance. If you are a minor, an adult must accompany you when presenting the certificate.

Do not submit the certificate in advance — it must be presented in person.

When you present the certificate, staff will ask if you would like them to save the information digitally on Mina sidor. If you say yes, you won't need to bring the certificate again for the next three years — regardless of whether you visit Furuviksparken, Kolmården, Gröna Lund, or Skara Sommarland.

We also accept Liseberg's certificate. International certificates such as the EU Disability Card are also valid for assistance and alternative queue access. If you have one of these certificates, you are welcome to bring it instead of downloading and filling in a new one here.

How is my personal data handled?

We do not save your certificate or store any information from it without your consent.

If you choose to register your needs on Mina sidor, your name, date of birth, and information about whether you need an alternative queue and/or assistance will be saved. Registration is entirely voluntary. If you are a minor, a guardian's consent is required.

You can withdraw your consent at any time via our privacy policy.

How many people can join me in the alternative queue?

How many companions can I bring into the park?

Does my companion get in for free?

Yes, with a valid certificate your companion gets in for free. You as a guest pay the regular price.

I use a wheelchair, do I need to bring a certificate?

How long is the certificate valid?

    Who can sign my certificate?
